ONE CONTRACTOR PER
PROJECT TYPE, PER AREA.

01 / THE INTAKE LEAK

More leads are not the answer. A faster handoff is.

The click is not the expensive part. What happens while your crews are on site is.

01

The lead sits there

It lands while your crew is on a roof, in a crawlspace or halfway through an install.

02

Follow-up dies

One missed call turns cold fast when nobody owns the next text, call and reminder.

03

You burn a day driving

With no screening, half your week goes to quoting jobs outside your area, your trade or your price range.

02 / THE OWNERTS SYSTEM

From paid click to booked consultation.

Four stages, one handoff. You own the accounts and you quote the job. We build and run everything in front of that.

  1. 01
    ATTRACTAds go live

We run them in an ad account you own, not ours.

  2. 02
RESPONDEvery lead gets a call back

Calls and texts go out in minutes — not when the crew comes off the roof.

  3. 03
    SCREENWe screen it

Service area, project type, decision-maker, and whether the budget is real.

  4. 04
BOOKThe job lands on your calendar

Access and timeline are confirmed, then the consultation is booked.

NO ATTENDED, QUALIFIED CONSULTATION · NO PERFORMANCE CHARGE

03 / THE DEFINITION

Know exactly what you are paying for.

We write down what counts as billable before we spend a dollar of your money. That protects your schedule, and it means nobody argues about the invoice later.

You set the rules. We just hold to them.
  • The minimum job size worth your truck
  • How far you are willing to drive
  • Which project types you want, and which you do not
  • Your deposit, financing and trip-fee terms

All of it agreed in writing before the first ad runs. Change it later and we change the screening to match.

Qualified and billable

  1. 1Inside your agreed service radius
  2. 2Project type matches the work you selected before launch
  3. 3The owner, or someone who can actually approve the work
  4. 4Scope and budget are at or above the minimum you set
  5. 5There is site access and a timeline you can work with
  6. 6They know your deposit, financing and trip-fee terms up front
  7. 7They attend the scheduled consultation

Not billable

  • No-shows after the agreed reschedule attempt
  • Wrong or disconnected contact information
  • Outside the agreed service area or project type
  • Tenants, or anyone who cannot approve the work
  • Jobs under the minimum you set, or anything else excluded in writing
  • The same property twice inside the agreed window

The final definitions, the exclusions and how disputes get settled are all in your agreement.

Screening is written per project type. Below is the starting point — yours gets agreed in writing before launch.

  • Kitchen RemodelsFull gut or refit, cabinetry scope, and whether they are living in it while you work.
  • Bathroom RenovationsOne bath or several, whether plumbing moves, and whether the layout is changing.
  • Whole-Home RenovationsGut scope, occupied or vacant, and whether drawings already exist.
  • Additions & ExtensionsSquare footage, permit and survey status, and a realistic start date.
  • Basement & Attic ConversionsFinish level, egress and ceiling height, and whether mechanical work is in scope.
  • Commercial & Office Fit-OutSquare footage, landlord approval, and whether the space stays open during the work.

04 / OBJECTIONS, ANSWERED

Read this before you book.

The details most agencies leave for the sales call are the details we put up front.

Do I need to be licensed and insured to run these ads?

You hold the licences, bonding and insurance your state and town require, and you sign off on every claim an ad makes for you. We only advertise what you can back up. We are not lawyers and we do not advise on licensing or permits.

Are these leads sold to the contractor down the road too?

No. One contractor per project type, per service area. That is the whole reason we cap how many we take on.

How is this different from a referral network or a lead list?

A referral network owns the pipeline and rents you access — the same homeowner usually goes to two or three contractors, and the day you stop paying you keep nothing. Here the ad account, the CRM and every contact record are yours from the first day. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

Whose ad account and CRM is it?

Yours. We build in accounts you own, and who gets access to what is written down before anything launches. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

Who decides what the ads and the phone script say?

You do. Nothing runs until you have signed off on the offer, the targeting, and exactly what we are allowed to say about price, permits and warranty.

What exactly counts as a qualified consultation?

Service area, project type, owner or decision-maker, minimum job size, timeline, who needs to be there, and site access. We agree all of it in writing before the first ad runs.

What happens in the slow season?

It depends on your market — a slow January in Minneapolis looks nothing like one in Phoenix. We plan the calendar against your climate and your project mix, shifting budget toward the work that still sells in your slow window instead of pausing. That gets decided at launch, not in the month the phone goes quiet.

Will they expect financing, or balk at a deposit?

That is your call, and we script it. Deposit terms, financing and any trip fee go into the phone script up front — so it is settled before your truck leaves the yard, not in the driveway.

Is the two-week window a guarantee?

No. It is what we aim for and usually hit, not a promise. Your market, your budget, how fast you approve things and how quickly you can get out to the property all move it.

What if they do not show?

You do not pay for it. There is no retainer either way — we only charge for consultations that meet the written definition and actually happen.

THE CONTEXT THAT MATTERS

A lead count
is not the finish line.

A number is only worth something if it matches what your office actually sees on the phone. Settle the definitions first.

Questions worth asking
  1. 01

    Qualified

Is it your project type, your area, and a job big enough to be worth the drive?

  2. 02

    Reviewed

Has your office confirmed the scope, the property and who can sign off?

  3. 03

    Attended

Did the consultation actually happen, or did it just sit on the calendar?

You will not have to take our word for any of it.

Every number above came out of an account the client owned. Yours works the same way, week one.

  1. The ad account is yours.Spend, impressions and cost per lead sit in your own Ads Manager — not in a PDF we put together.
  2. The CRM is yours.Every lead, call recording and booking lives in an account you control and keep.
  3. Every charge is checkable.A consultation is billable only if it matches what you signed off on. Check each one against your own calendar.

These are real OWNERTS-managed client accounts, but they are not contractor accounts. They are here to show what the reporting looks like and that every number came out of a system the client owned — not to set your benchmark. Your own figures will differ by market, budget and how fast you follow through. Pipeline value is booked opportunity, not money collected.

07 / FIT CHECK

This will not work for every contractor.

We cap how many we take on, because one contractor per trade per area only works if both sides move fast.

  • —You cannot get out to the property within 48 hours
  • —You cannot take another 3–5 consultations a week
  • —You only want to pay on signed contracts, not on consultations
  • —Your project type is already taken in your service area

08 / CHECK YOUR MARKET

Tell us your area. We will do the homework.

Tell us your service area, how many consultations a week you can take, what you are spending now and your average job. If it fits, we book the call.
